Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive business growth

Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5–15 years
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction in luxury international chains
Experience managing multiple luxury properties or locations
Experience with Sunrise Resorts or similar luxury resort chains preferred
